All orders and business dealings are subject to CJK’s standard Terms & Conditions.
Prices, orders, and services are subject to CJK’s standard Terms & Conditions. Details available upon request.

 

  • Orders & MOQs: All orders require written confirmation. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply depending on product type.
  • Pricing & Payment: Prices are quoted in international trade currencies. An advance deposit is required; the balance must be cleared before shipment.
  • Sampling & Production: Pre-production samples can be provided. Once approved, the Client confirms all details before bulk manufacturing.
  • Delivery: Orders are shipped under agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.). Risk passes to the Client once goods are handed to the carrier.
  • Returns & Liability: Custom/private label goods are non-returnable unless defective. CJK’s liability is limited to the order value.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and business dealings with CJK (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services or browsing our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Scope of Services

CJK specializes in the design, manufacturing, and supply of private label and white label clothing, sports apparel, and accessories. All services, including product development, sampling, production, and delivery, are provided subject to these Terms.

  1. Quotations & Orders
  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is confirmed only once we receive written confirmation and any required advance payment.
  • Custom/private label orders are manufactured strictly according to the specifications provided by the Client.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are quoted in INTERNATIONAL TRADE CURRENCIES  and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs.
  • Payment terms will be stated in invoices. Unless agreed otherwise, advance deposit is required before production, with the balance payable prior to shipment.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges and delay delivery.
  1. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
  • Each product category may have specific MOQs.
  • Small-volume trial orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional costs.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Designs, logos, and branding provided by the Client remain the Client’s property.
  • CJK will not use, share, or reproduce Client’s designs or branding without permission.
  • Any CJK-owned templates, patterns, or design contributions remain the intellectual property of CJK unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Sampling & Approvals
  • Pre-production samples may be provided for approval before bulk manufacturing.
  • Once approved, the Client is responsible for confirming all details.
  • CJK will not be liable for errors in approved samples.
  1. Production & Lead Times
  • Lead times vary depending on product type, order size, and customization.
  • Estimated timelines will be communicated at order confirmation but are subject to change due to raw material availability, logistics, or force majeure.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • All products undergo standard quality checks before shipment.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or finishing may occur due to the nature of textiles and manufacturing processes.
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery terms are based on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) agreed at the time of order.
  • Risk passes to the Client once goods are handed to the carrier.
  • CJK is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes in the Client’s country.
  1. Returns & Cancellations
  • Custom/private label products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Cancellations after production begins are subject to costs incurred up to that point.
  1. Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all private label designs, trade information, and business communications.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • CJK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute.
  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of PAKISTAN..
  • Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, they will be settled by arbitration or competent courts in PAKISTAN.
  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication.
